The Mullikin Family is the mom-sons team of Pat, Ben and Martin Mullikin. Pat began her real estate career in 1992 when Ben was 6 years old and Martin was 5. The boys learned at young ages that taking a good telephone message was important (cell phones were not very prevalent) and the customer was (almost) always right! Ben is now 23 and Martin is 21. Both are full time college students. Ben is very involved in the activities of his fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi,and has served in many leadership roles. Pat's Dad has always said, "If you want something done, ask a busy person". It seems counter-intuitive, but aptly describes this dynamic top producing agent . Year after year, Pat has accurately assessed the most important objectives of her clients, helping them to achieve their home buying and selling goals and earning their trust and their referrals. "If I take care of my clients, they will take care of me."  has always been Pat's philosophy, and it seems to work out well for everyone. Her business continues to grow through the referrals of past clients and repeat business.

In April of 2008 The Mullikins made the decision to leave the traditional real estate model they were working with and join Keller Williams Realty. Unknown in the Milwaukee area, Keller Williams is an enormous international real estate firm, the third largest in North America! With nearly 700 offices and 75,000 agents, the Mullikins felt sure this company was leading the pack with technology and educational opportunities. The many, many agents Pat has met at various company functions are some of the most informed professionals in the country! Pat and Ben felt growing a new branch in Milwaukee would be a huge benefit to the community and would offer Ben an opportunity to be on the ground floor of a new concept in the area.
